Before we begin with the steps to upload your logo we must address the legal aspects of the image you are about to send to us. Embroidery On Demand, LLC does not assume any responsibility for obtaining permissions for the use of the logo. You, the customer, must obtain permission to use the logo you are about to upload. Embroidery On Demand, LLC does reserve the right to ask you to submit written proof from the owner of the logo. For instance, we cannot embroider any Disney characters, logos, etc. without written permission from Disney. So now on to how to upload your logo and other files…

When ordering an item from the website you will see various selection boxes for sizes, colors, etc. Below those you will see a space for entering a name to be embroidered and 2 buttons that allow you to browse your computer for a file to upload. The choices are explained below:

1. Enter Name or Initials for Embroidery: If you are ordering 1 of the item and want only a name on the item (no upload) enter the name in the space provided labeled “Enter name or initials”. You can use the same space to leave us a short message; you can enter up to 30 characters here. Please note that the maximum number of letters for a Koozie is 8.

2. Upload Names: If you are ordering multiple items and you wish to have a name also embroidered on each item click the Upload CSV with names “Browse for your file” button for this item. This file can be created using Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet program. Simply save the file as a type of .csv or .txt.

3. Upload Image: Click the Upload Image “Browse for your file” button next to the item you wish to have embroidered with that logo. When the pop-up box appears browse to the file on your computer andclick the “Open” button in the pop-up browser box.

When uploading a file you will not see any change on the page with the item. However, when you place the item in the cart you will see a reference number attached to that item. This is the file you uploaded to send to us.

There is a one-time charge for digitizing your logo. Once the logo is digitized we will keep the logo on file for all your future orders and you will never have to upload the logo again. In future orders you will just enter the name of your logo in the “Comments” box. The charge is $50.
